1. What are the countries and cities MASIC beauty is available in?
We are currently shipping only PAN India.
2. Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can change your shipping address by editing your order right after you place it. If you are unable to edit the order yourself, you can request for a change by writing to us on firstname.lastname@example.org
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an automated email with your AWB and updates on the email address provided. You can also enter the AWB on the shipping company's website and track the status.
4. How long does it take for my product to reach me?
Your product will be delivered between 7-10 business days

All MASIC Beauty products are currently exclusively available only on our website.
6. What are the acceptable methods of payment?
All forms of online payment and cash on delivery is accepted as a form of payment.
7. If I place a pre-order when will the order be shipped out?
All Candle Pre-orders will be shipped out on the 30th of November. Once your order has been shipped the customer will receive a tracking link to track their order
